Returns

At MoreYarns we do not have return/exchange policy. However, returns/exchange is accepted for cases of damaged/defective/incorrect products received only. Under such circumstances please notify us within 24 hours from the date of delivery and share the snapshot at hello@moreyarns.com.


We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step. When we validate your return, we will send you a return authorization mail. Online refunds and COD refunds will be done within 14 working days.

There will be no return/exchange in case of shade variation and product colour - The product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Please make sure that the returned item(s) is unused and unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Cancellations

There is no cancellation policy for all the orders once it is confirmed. After that no cancellation query shall be entertained. 

Shipping

We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Dispatch time might delay one or two days during special promotion days because of the large number of orders.
